eg: If you signed up with john@myCompany.com, then you can only add users @myCompany.com
If you need to invite Team Members who use a different email domain, please contact us to adjust your account settings.
Team Invite Process
1) Email sent to the new Team Member
The email advises the new Team member that they have been invited to the Team account. The email will not include their temporary password which is sent in a separate text message.
2) Text Message sent to new Team Member
The text message will provide the new Team member with their temporary password. They will use this temporary password to log in before they are forced to change the password.
New Team Member - Log In Process
New Team members will be required to change their temporary password the first time they log in to a more complex password.
Enter email address and temporary password at:
Re-enter temporary password and new password (x2) to change temporary password.
Complete sign-in process by sending your MFA code sent via text message or phone call and then enter the code received.
