Set up multi-factor authentication
For an added layer of security, multi-factor authentication (MFA) is always enabled on all Forensic Notes accounts. You can enable “remember me” when signing in with MFA on a particular device, which allows you to not have to reenter login credentials every time you want to access your Forensic Notes.
How MFA works
- You’ll need access to your mobile phone when you sign in to Forensic Notes
- You'll enter a verification code and your password each time you sign in.
- You can choose to send your verification code by text message or from the Authy authentication app.
Using MFA
Authy App
To use the Authy Authentication App with Forensic Notes, you will need to first download and install the app on your device. Here are links to the Authy App via the App or Play Store:
Once you have the app installed on your device, you can use the Authy generated tokens (codes) to access your account.
